Also tried to upsell needless services that were not outlined on the 25k mileage package like an alignment. If ot was truly needed, it would have been recommended under the 25k mileage package. Had a recall on my MTX went down originally they said it would be two hours but could be longer. They accelerated it and saw that I had no rest on the suspension so they had it done in two hours and did the overall check and everything went well.
