Pat Flaherty was very attentive, taking the time to listen to all issues, review prior service history and timely follow up on all service recommended repairs. He also suggested applying for a Sunbit account which made the unexpected repairs possible. Only issue is with extended warranty that doesn't appear to cover anything!

Jon Lathers, my advisor, was great. He listened to the problems, he offered solutions and went over in detail what my options would be and their costs. When I was told I had to leave the car, he offered me a loaner free of charge. When my car was ready and I picked it up, I noticed when I got home that the backup camera was not working properly so the next morning I called Jon and he told me to bring it over and that he would try to fix it. Later that day I did return once again ...
