Kinda felt mansplaned to and asked to have my washer fluid filled during my service. That wasn’t done. Also tried to upsell needless services that were not outlined on the 25k mileage package like an alignment. If ot was truly needed, it would have been recommended under the 25k mileage package. Was a bit of an insulting/misogynistic experience today.

Had a recall on my MTX went down originally they said it would be two hours but could be longer. They accelerated it and saw that I had no rest on the suspension so they had it done in two hours and did the overall check and everything went well. They were going to accommodate me if it was more than two hours and get me a car very pleased always friendly and very helpful workers especially Tom still been dealing with him now for quite some time.

Everyone I had contact with was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Dealer prep could use some work, though. Even though the car I bought was older and well-worn, missing items such as an obviously ripped wiper and non functioning drivers side washer should not pass inspection. Also, having the fuel warning light come on as soon as I left the lot was a bit irritating.

The salesman Scott Golberg and Manager Sung Kim was excellent, we managed to work out a deal in about a hour, after that it went downhill, waited about 3 1/2 hours plus for the Finance guy, I don’t think he even mentioned his name, I finally decided that I was going to leave and the manager went to him, then finally called us back, I was still upset that night, I even thought about just canceling everything, they almost lost a sale because of this, and honestly, I’m still a little xxxxxx

yes i was given a loaner and was told to bring it back was the same amount of gas ⛽️ that was given. I took my car in full tank of gas, and when I received my car it was 3 quarters . I then had to put gas in my car.
