Overall, we are generally impressed with Elite Acura. Today, however, we went for a B1 inspection and were promised a courtesy vehicle and was told at the time of arrival that they didnt have a vehicle. I had a small child with me and after taking the car seat, my child and backpack, the salesman at the front door neglected to even open the door for me. I did get out with a half an hour, however, I expected more from such a prestigious car dealershipAfter speaking with Lisa, the service manager at Elite Acura about my experience, she handled my experience with utmost professionalism. She offered a complimentary interior detail to offset the poor experience. With having small children in the car, at times it can become a bit unmanageable to keep the car neat and clean. This was very hospitable of Lisa and we thank her for rectifying our experience. We will continue to expect the highest level of customer experience from Elite Acura. Thank you Lisa.
