Love getting my car serviced at elite Acura. Nate Monroe is so helpful. I had an appt later in the day called to reschedule ahead of time, but no slots so over the phone they suggested I come in right when they open. Unfortunately I got there 23 minutes after they opened, but when arrived Nate assured me it wouldn’t be a problem and they were able to take my car. I was out of there earlier then my scheduled time. Booked my Appointment online ahead of time. I was maybe 10 minutes late which I also called ahead to let them know of the delay. I Walked in was unnoticed for quite some time. People were busy but they weren’t busy to the point they could not assist. I was Thankful the manager was available and helped to get things rolling.
