Personable employees, knowledgeable mechanics and honest. I had a bad flat and took it in, they broke my tire sensor but could have easily said it was broken with the flat. They replace it for free and even gave me a discount on the total cost because I had an additional waiting time. I've been going there for a long time.
I was extremely happy with the service. Nick made the whole process very easy. I was shopping around and went to a few other dealerships but was not happy until I went to Elite. I will definitely be going back.
I have these two new rotors replacement and they are both defects ( See photos). I am glad I checked before leaving the shop. I asked them to put my rotors back, and also asked for the refund of the rotors since they aren’t installed. They did not want to refund it. It was $800 job including parts and labor. I am only asking for $300 for the cost of rotors, so both manager and advisor refused. Please check your car carefully before leaving the dealership.

Along with a great sales person in Giovanni, the service team at at elite Acura continues to shine. This is the fourth Acura that I’ve owned from them and there’s no other place that I would buy my car for service. You’re always treated extremely well you don’t feel like you’re taking advantage of and they do a terrific job of servicing the great vehicles from Acura. The groups are always so helpful. This past weekend someone tries to steal my new MDX Ryan worked with me to get everything taken care of fixed and he made it so easy. My wife owns another car. There’s another dealership in Jersey and I can tell you it’s not the same. I give a lot of credit to the ownership and a lot of credit to the team at Elite Acura for making it a pleasure to deal with.

Kinda felt mansplaned to and asked to have my washer fluid filled during my service. That wasn’t done. Also tried to upsell needless services that were not outlined on the 25k mileage package like an alignment. If ot was truly needed, it would have been recommended under the 25k mileage package. Was a bit of an insulting/misogynistic experience today.

Had a recall on my MTX went down originally they said it would be two hours but could be longer. They accelerated it and saw that I had no rest on the suspension so they had it done in two hours and did the overall check and everything went well. They were going to accommodate me if it was more than two hours and get me a car very pleased always friendly and very helpful workers especially Tom still been dealing with him now for quite some time.
